Architecture
This architectural 2 storey dwelling was a collaboration with the client and another architect — both of whom needed an engineering partner who could run to brief and budget.
Given the brief, and location, this was an interesting project to undertake. Variable ground conditions required a screw piled solution to support a concrete ground floor slab.
The structure itself is timber clad lightweight with lateral bracing provided by wall linings to ensure an efficient, cost effective structural solution.
